Planning & Execution

Our specialty is planning, managing and executing weddings on a full service approach. Venue scouting, vendor research and selection, budget management, and logistical troubleshooting are a few of the back end items the Hey Gorgeous Events team will carefully suggest, secure and manage with you. In addition to spearheading the planning process throughout your entire engagement, the HGE team will serve as your direct representatives throughout the entire day of your event to direct each involved professional and to execute every last detail. Your time is incredibly valuable and we want nothing more than to help you save more of it as you plan your big day.

Design, Decor & Floral ARTISTRY

The way we bring our client's aesthetic visions to life is one of the elements of a Hey Gorgeous event that sets us apart. Creative brainstorming, color palette selection, linen sourcing, handmade installations, couture stationery selection and floral artistry, are just a sampling of the front end items that will be creatively curated and sourced for you throughout the planning process. Our goal isn't to create a wedding that just unfolds seamlessly and bursts with sentiment but to plan a celebration that looks unique and evokes those emotions that connect with your core. Our planning strategies work harmoniously in tandem with our design and styling skills to create truly memorable and personalized milestones.

Our design, floral and styling offerings are included and offered to our full service planning and execution clients but we do offer Design, Decor and Floral services as a stand-alone offering. We require a $10k minimum for this service and are happy to discuss this more in depth with you and your fiance. Please contact us for further details!


Our average client's wedding budget is $90,000 with a design, decor and floral budget of around $12,000. We specialize in private residence weddings with logistical challenges and welcome any and all aesthetics. We also love to travel and have proudly planned weddings, events and editorial productions across the United States (we especially adore The South and Seattle!), Canada and Italy. Please contact us to set up an initial complimentary consultation to discuss your celebration's needs and our starting investment. Because of the time and attention required to successfully serve our clients and a promise to deliver exceptional customer service to each and every client we take on we only accept 4 to 5 client contracts per calendar year.
